During your initial visit your doctor will review your form, discuss your concerns, outline his approach to your condition, and will order lab testing, if necessary. The follow up appointment is a thorough interpretation of all the test results and discuss the plan of treatment.
Our office has Labcorp on site with an in-house phlebotomist. LabCorp will directly bill a patient’s insurance for reimbursement. If necessary, labs can be processed through Quest Diagnostics for insurance carriers who do not accept LabCorp. Additionally, competitive fees are also provided for patients who are uninsured, which must be paid at the time service is provided.
In addition to the above pricing optional package plans are an option to help defray costs.
The packages allow you to have an appointment as necessary during the chosen package time frame. All visits must be scheduled by appointment. We will handle your prescription refills at the doctor’s discretion during your visits. The doctor will assess your needs and determine the appropriate prescriptions.
Note: This package does not allow for visits beyond the set time frame. Any visits needed after the plan will require a package renewal or a different arrangement
Payment is due in full at the time of the visit. Cash, Flex cards, HSA cards, and major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Upon request our office will provide you a claim form to file for reimbursement on your own from your insurance company. Some of our patients receive partial reimbursement for our program costs. Insurance companies vary considerably in terms of the services they cover and the amount of reimbursement they provide for covered service.
BetterLiving MD requires cancellations for scheduled appointments 24 hours in advance during regular business hours. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for missed or cancelled appointments.
